Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using FlyerBuzz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What FlyerBuzz does

FlyerBuzz connects customers with time-limited deals posted by local businesses, matched by ZIP code. Browsing and claiming deals is free for customers. Businesses can create an account to post deals to nearby customers who follow them.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person or business. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which immediately removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Business listings & deals

Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of the deals they post, including pricing, availability, and terms. FlyerBuzz does not guarantee that any deal will be honored, and is not a party to the transaction between a business and a customer.

5. Claim codes

Claiming a deal generates a redemption code for use in-store. Attempting to defraud a business or misuse claim codes may result in suspension of your account.

6. Acceptable use

  • No fraudulent deal claims or fake business listings
  • No harassment, abuse, or impersonation of another person or business
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access to the Service

7. Notifications

If you enable push notifications, you consent to receive alerts about deals from businesses you follow. You can turn these off at any time in Profile settings.

8. Intellectual property

The FlyerBuzz name, logo, and app are owned by FlyerBuzz. Businesses retain ownership of the content they post (deal descriptions, images) but grant FlyerBuzz a license to display it within the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that deals are accurate, available, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyerBuzz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
